Perfect Legs is a training program for the lower parts of your body, primarily including leg and thigh muscles. Thanks to regular training you will reduce your fatty tissue and rebuild strong leg muscles. The program can be successfully used by women, as it has a very positive effect on the visual appearance of legs.
Thanks to careful voice instructions and animations of the proper performance of exercises, the person undergoing training is guided through the entire training program. Practice regularly, and soon you will be able to do 300 squats in a row.
A part of the program includes regularly performing a squat test, based on which the application will adjust the appropriate training cycle for you.
